We’re open daily from 7am to 5pm. Need outside hours? Just contact us, and we’ll arrange it if possible.
- Are there indoor and shaded storage options?
Once Phase 2 started in early 2026, we will have indoor and shaded options. Join the waitlist today and be the first to secure the best spots.
- What is your annual discount?
If you want to save a bit of money, we offer annual payment options which save you 10%. It’s much less admin on our side so we are happy to pass on a healthy saving to you.

At Caravan Concierge, we’ve stored our own caravans, boats, and motorhomes for years — and we’ve learned a thing or two about what works best. While enclosed storage may seem like the gold standard, in reality, it can introduce a whole new set of problems you might not expect.
🚐 For Caravans: Outdoor-Ready Means Ventilation Matters
Caravans are built for the outdoors — they need airflow, light, and space to breathe. Tight, fully enclosed sheds can make reversing tricky, especially with limited visibility and tight walls on both sides. Bays that are only 3.5m wide often feel much narrower when you’re navigating into a dark box.
Ventilation is key. In fully enclosed spaces, you risk:
Poor solar charging – panels won’t get light
Condensation build-up – hello mould and mildew
Overheating – heat gets trapped inside
Dust accumulation – surprisingly, sheds can act like vacuums when temperatures shift
Rodents and birds – they love quiet, dark corners
Gas appliances also need space to vent safely — another reason a well-ventilated, open-front bay is a safer option.
